Refunds and cancellations

MyLinksAre is free to use. Premium and Signature are optional paid plans. This page explains how paying, cancelling and refunds work, in plain words.

What you pay

• Premium: $12 a month, or $108 a year.
• Signature: $49 a month, or $468 a year.

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, VAT or GST is added at checkout where your country requires it. There is no free trial: you pay when you upgrade, and your plan renews automatically every month or year until you cancel. Payments are processed by our reseller, Dodo Payments, which appears on your bank statement and sends your receipts.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from Account, then Manage billing. You won't be charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. After that your account moves to Free. Your pages stay online and nothing is deleted, but paid features are hidden until you upgrade again.

Refunds

If a paid plan isn't right for you, write to support@mylinksare.com within 3 days of a payment, from the email address on your account. We'll refund that payment in full, and your account moves back to Free straight away.

After 3 days, payments aren't refundable, but you can still cancel so you aren't charged again. If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same period, write to us at any time and we'll put it right.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Changing plans

You can move between Premium and Signature, or between monthly and yearly, from Account at any time. The change applies straight away, and you only pay the difference for the rest of your current period.
